Bit tricky to install, but when you get it right, it shows that Vista is activated, and lists an OEM product number. Updates then work ok, if autoupdate is enabled, then at about 2 week intervals you get a "New updates Available" popup. Tried Clockstopper which appeared to work, but Vista died after the 30 days.

My SSH servers get brute forced daily (I have very good passwords), and Vista is just as vulnerable as anything else. Sure you can. Try my SSH server 5 times and your IP is forever locked out. I doubt you're going to guess many of my passwords within those 5 tries. This is very basic stuff.
